Our consultancy client is looking for a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Business Process Consultant to join their team on a long-term contract. This hybrid role offers a mix of onsite collaboration and remote flexibility while working on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and create actionable business and technical strategies.
- Oversee CMDB transformation projects, ensuring alignment with CSDM standards and enhancing CI data quality.
- Collaborate with ITSM and ITAM teams to integrate ITOM capabilities and streamline processes.
- Automate workflows to reduce manual effort and improve operational visibility and efficiency.
- Develop ITOM KPIs and dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM, with hands-on expertise in modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
- Proven success in CMDB transformation and ITOM data governance initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITOM Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
- Experience working in Agile environments and with cross-functional teams.
